Privacy policy
Last updated 1 August 2026
This policy covers the information LexerDial collects through this website and through the product. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email hasnainkh79@gmail.com and we will explain it.
What we collect from this website
If you fill in the contact form, we store what you type: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, the kind of business you run, your team size, the markets you call and any message you write. We use it to reply to you and to work out what setup you need. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
What the product handles
When you use LexerDial as a customer, the service processes the data needed to place and receive calls and messages on your behalf:
- Account data — the names, email addresses and roles of the people in your workspace.
- Call and message records — the numbers involved, direction, timestamps, duration and status of each call and message, and the content of messages sent and received on your numbers.
- Recordings — where you choose to record a call, the audio file, stored on our own storage and served through short-lived links rather than public URLs.
- Contacts — the contact records your team creates.
This data belongs to you. Each workspace is isolated from every other workspace, and within a workspace, access follows the roles you set — agents can see only their own calls and recordings unless you give them a supervisory role.
How it is protected
- Traffic to the service is encrypted in transit.
- Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest before being written to the database.
- Recordings are stored on infrastructure we control and are never exposed on a public URL.
- Privileged administrative actions are written to an audit log.
Who we share it with
We use third-party infrastructure providers to run the service — hosting, telecommunications carriage and storage. They process data only to deliver the service and only on our instruction. We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
We will disclose data if we are legally required to, and we will tell you unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
How long we keep it
Contact-form submissions are kept while they are commercially relevant and deleted on request. Customer data is kept for as long as the account is active. When an account closes, we delete or anonymise the data within 90 days unless we are required to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hasnainkh79@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The product uses a cookie to keep you signed in, and stores your light or dark theme preference locally in your browser.
Recording calls is your responsibility
LexerDial gives you the ability to record calls. Whether you may lawfully record a particular call, and whether you must notify the other party, depends on where you and they are. That obligation sits with you, not with us.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and, for customers, tell you before the change takes effect.
