For call centres
Your floor dials. You stop paying for seats that don't.
US numbers registered to your Pakistani business, a browser dialer that opens in a tab, and per-minute pricing that goes quiet when the floor does — no VPS, no per-seat licence, no lock-in.
Sound familiar?
The week you're actually having
Every one of these came out of a conversation with a team like yours.
You pay per seat, every month, whether the agent dials or not.
Numbers cost $25 a month each, on top of a $100 monthly account fee — nothing per seat. Assign as many agents as a number needs. Minutes are billed as you use them.
Your dialer lives on a VPS that goes down at 2am and nobody on the floor can fix it.
There is no server on your side. Agents open a browser tab. Updates ship to everyone at once.
You can't get a US number without a US company, a US address, or someone else's identity.
We provision numbers against your Pakistani business identity. No LLC, no EIN, no borrowed paperwork.
Every agent can browse every recording, including the ones from the desk next to them.
Agents see only their own calls and recordings. Supervisors see the floor. It's enforced server-side, not by a folder permission.
Half your agents lose the shift when the power or the internet goes.
The mobile app rings in the background on their own phone. A load-shedding hour doesn't have to be a lost hour.
The product
What your team gets
One workspace for the dialer, the numbers, the messages and the recordings — on desktop and on the agent's own phone.

What changes
What you get out of it
Agents live in an hour
Sign in, pick up the headset, dial. No install, no provisioning queue, no IT.
Per-agent numbers you can act on
Calls, talk time and connect rates by agent, so you can coach the bottom quartile instead of guessing at it.
Guardrails against toll fraud
A per-workspace country allowlist and a concurrent-call ceiling mean a compromised login can't run up a five-figure bill overnight.
Callbacks reach a human
When a prospect rings back, the number rings every assigned agent at once. First to answer takes it.
Fair questions
What you're probably thinking
“We already run our own dialer. Why move?”
Most floors we talk to aren't paying for a dialer — they're paying for the person who keeps it alive, the VPS it sits on, and the shifts lost when it stops. That cost doesn't show up on an invoice, which is exactly why it's so easy to underestimate.
“Our agents aren't technical.”
There's nothing to install and nothing to configure. You send them a link, they sign in, and the dial pad is on the screen. Most floors have agents live inside an hour.
“What happens to our recordings?”
They're pulled onto our own storage, not left with a third party, and served through short-lived links. Agents get their own, supervisors get the floor, and every privileged action is written to an audit log.
“Can we scale up for a campaign and back down after?”
Yes. Add numbers for the campaign, release them when it ends — you only pay the $25 (or $50 toll-free) monthly fee for numbers you're actually running. There's no contract, so a two-month push costs two months of numbers.

Questions
Answered plainly
Can a Pakistani call centre get US phone numbers?
Yes. We provision numbers against your Pakistani business identity — you do not need a US LLC, a US address, an EIN, or a foreign director. Send us the business documents you already have and we set the numbers up on your workspace.
How much does it cost to run a 20-agent floor?
There's no per-agent math since seats aren't capped — the cost tracks the number of lines you want running, not headcount. Ten numbers is $100 a month account fee plus $250 (10 × $25), so $350 a month before usage. On top of that you pay only for the minutes dialled, at $0.015 a minute outgoing. There is no per-seat licence.
Do I need to install anything on the agent machines?
No. The dialer runs in the browser. Agents need a Chrome or Edge window and a headset. There is no softphone to install, no VPS to maintain, and no desktop client to update.
Can agents work from home?
Yes. The same account works in the browser at the office and in the mobile app at home, and the mobile app rings in the background even when the phone is locked — so a home shift or a load-shedding hour doesn't drop calls.
Are calls recorded, and who can hear them?
Recording can be started on any call and the file is stored on our own storage rather than left with a third party. Agents can play back only their own calls; supervisors and admins can access the whole floor. Access to recordings is enforced on the server, and privileged actions are written to an audit log.
