For BPO and back office
A number per client. A record of who handled what.
Run each account on its own business number, ring the whole pod when it comes in, and keep an auditable trail of every call and message — without buying a phone system per client.
Sound familiar?
The week you're actually having
Every one of these came out of a conversation with a team like yours.
One number, ten people, and calls slipping through when the one person watching it steps away.
Assign a number to as many people as the account needs. Inbound rings all of them at once and the first to answer takes it.
A client asks who spoke to their customer on Tuesday and nobody can answer.
Every call and message is attributed to the agent who handled it, with timestamps, direction and duration — and a recording if you took one.
Client accounts are tangled together on one shared line, so you can't report per account.
Give each account its own number. Usage, calls and messages separate cleanly along that line.
Half the customer conversation happens over SMS and lives on somebody's personal phone.
Two-way SMS and MMS run through the same workspace as the calls, with full-text search across every thread.
Onboarding a new client means a new phone contract and a three-week procurement cycle.
Adding a number takes a day, costs $25 a month on your existing account, and can be released when the account ends.
The product
What your team gets
One workspace for the dialer, the numbers, the messages and the recordings — on desktop and on the agent's own phone.

Ringing
Every assigned agent rings at once, on every device they’re signed in on. The first to answer takes the call and the rest stop ringing.
What changes
What you get out of it
Nothing rings out unanswered
Simultaneous ring across the assigned pod means coverage doesn't depend on one person being at their desk.
One shared contact book
Names, companies and notes are shared across the team, so the next person picking up already knows who they're talking to.
Per-account reporting
Call volume, talk time and per-agent activity, sliced by the numbers you assigned to each account.
Evidence when it's disputed
Recordings and a full timeline mean a client escalation is a lookup, not an argument.
Fair questions
What you're probably thinking
“Our clients ask hard questions about data handling.”
Recordings sit on our own storage and are served through short-lived links rather than public URLs. Every workspace is isolated, provider credentials are encrypted at rest, and privileged actions are recorded in an audit log you can point a client at.
“We need to separate one client's data from another's.”
Each workspace is isolated end to end, and within a workspace, numbers are assigned per person. An agent on account A doesn't see account B's calls, messages or contacts.
“Our process owners aren't going to learn a new phone system.”
It's a browser tab with a dial pad, a call list and an SMS inbox. The learning curve is a five-minute walkthrough, and the mobile app mirrors it exactly.
“What if a client winds down?”
Release the numbers. There's no contract, so your number cost tracks your book of accounts rather than lagging a year behind it — the account fee stays flat regardless.

Questions
Answered plainly
Can several agents share one business number?
Yes. Assign a number to as many people as the account needs. An inbound call rings every assigned agent at the same time on every device they're signed in on, and the first person to answer takes the call while the others stop ringing.
Can we give each client their own number?
That's the usual setup. Each number is $25 a month, whether the pod behind it is two people or six — seats aren't metered. Usage and reporting separate along the number, which makes per-account billing straightforward.
Can I see which agent handled a specific call?
Yes. Every call carries the agent who handled it, the direction, the timestamp and the duration, and messages are attributed the same way. If the call was recorded, the recording is attached to that record.
Does it handle SMS as well as calls?
Yes — two-way SMS and MMS on the same numbers, organised into threads with unread counts, delivery status, retry on failure, and full-text search across every conversation in the workspace.
How quickly can we add a number for a new account?
Usually within a business day. Tell your account manager the market you need coverage in and the number is provisioned and assigned to the people you name.
Put every account on its own line
Tell us how many client accounts you run and how many people cover each. We'll map it to numbers and give you a monthly figure.
