What you get

A phone system, not a phone number

Everything below ships today. Nothing here is a promise about next quarter.

Dialer in the browser

A dial pad, a call list and an SMS inbox in one tab. Mute, hold, keypad tones and recording controls mid-call. Nothing to install on the agent machine.

A real mobile app

Rings in the background even when the phone is locked, with a proper ringtone, vibration and speaker, Bluetooth and headset routing.

Simultaneous ring

Inbound rings every agent assigned to the number, on every device they're signed in on. First to answer takes it, the rest stop ringing.

Recordings agents can't browse

Start recording on any call. Files land on our own storage and are served through short-lived links. Agents get their own; supervisors get the floor.

Two-way SMS and MMS

Threaded per contact, with unread counts, delivery status, one-tap retry when a message fails, and full-text search across every conversation.

Shared contacts

Name, company, email and notes, shared across the workspace. Add a caller to contacts straight from the call history.

Usage you can act on

Calls, talk time and recordings over the last 30 days, per agent and per day — so coaching is aimed rather than guessed.

Toll-fraud guardrails

A per-workspace country allowlist and a ceiling on concurrent calls, so a leaked login can't run up a five-figure bill overnight.

Admin console and audit log

See every seat, every number and every assignment. Privileged actions are written to an audit trail you can hand a client.

On the roadmap

  • Voicemail with transcription
  • Auto-attendant menus
  • Call queues and ring groups
  • Business-hours routing
  • Warm and blind transfer in the app

Why us

The two things that actually stop Pakistani teams

Getting a number at all, and paying for seats that aren't dialing. Everything else is a detail — these are the ones that kill the project.

Numbers on your own identity

The single hardest part of calling the US from Pakistan is getting a number at all. No LLC, no US address, no EIN, no borrowed paperwork — your business documents are enough.

No per-seat licence, ever

One account fee, then $25 a month per regular number (or $50 toll-free) — assign as many agents to it as you like. There is no per-seat licence, so a slow month bills the same fixed cost either way.

Nothing to run

No VPS, no dialer install, no admin keeping it alive. Agents open a browser tab and updates reach everyone at once.

Built for how your team actually works

Home shifts, load shedding, agents on their own phones. The mobile app rings in the background like a normal call rather than needing a browser left open.

Questions

The things everyone asks first

Can I get a US number on my Pakistani identity?

Yes. Numbers are provisioned against your Pakistani business or personal identity — you do not need a US LLC, a US address, an EIN, a registered agent or a US bank account. You send the documents you already have and the number is set up on your workspace.

What does it cost?

$250 to set up the account plus a $100 starter calling balance, both one-time. Then $100 a month to keep the account running, plus $25 a month for every regular number (or $50 for a toll-free number), plus the minutes and messages you use — $0.015 a minute outgoing, $0.032 a minute inbound, $0.20 an SMS. There is no per-seat licence and no contract. A floor running five numbers is $225 a month before usage.

How many agents can share a number?

As many as you like — seats are not capped or metered per number. Inbound calls ring every agent assigned to a number at the same time, on every device they are signed in on, and the first person to answer takes the call.

Do agents need to install anything?

No. The dialer runs in any modern browser — agents need a Chrome or Edge window and a headset. There is no softphone to install, no server to run and no desktop client to keep updated. For agents working away from a desk there is a native mobile app.

Can agents take calls from home?

Yes. The mobile app rings in the background even when the phone is locked, with a proper ringtone, vibration and native speaker, Bluetooth and headset routing. Agents can work a home shift or ride out a load-shedding hour without dropping calls.

Are calls recorded, and who can listen to them?

Recording can be started on any call. Files are stored on our own storage rather than left with a third party and are served through short-lived links. Agents can play back only their own calls; supervisors and admins can access the whole workspace. Access is enforced on the server and privileged actions are written to an audit log.

Can I send and receive text messages?

Yes — two-way SMS and MMS on the same numbers, organised into threads per contact with unread counts, delivery status, one-tap retry when a message fails, and full-text search across every conversation in the workspace.

How long does setup take?

Most teams are dialling within a week of the first conversation. Your account manager provisions the numbers, assigns them to the people you name, and you sign in. There is nothing to install and no server to configure on your side.

Is there a contract or a minimum?

No contract and no per-seat commitment. There is a fixed monthly account fee and a per-number fee, so those don't disappear in a quiet month, but nothing scales with headcount — add numbers for a campaign and release them when it ends.
