For software agencies
Sound like the company you tell clients you are.
A US business number on your own Pakistani identity, shared across sales and delivery, with every client call logged — instead of a founder's personal WhatsApp and a memory of what was agreed.
Sound familiar?
The week you're actually having
Every one of these came out of a conversation with a team like yours.
Your caller ID says offshore before you've said a word, and half the calls don't get picked up.
Dial from a US or UK number that looks local to the person you're calling — provisioned on your identity, not rented from a reseller.
Client calls land on a founder's personal number, so the founder is the bottleneck.
One business number the whole team shares. It rings everyone assigned, so a prospect gets a human whether or not the founder is free.
A developer leaves and the entire history of their client relationship leaves with them.
Calls, messages, contacts and recordings live in the workspace, not on a person's phone. Handover is reassigning a number.
Cold outreach dies in email while your competitors are picking up the phone.
Dial and text prospects from the same workspace, and search the whole message history when a lead resurfaces three months later.
Business phone plans want a per-seat commitment you can't justify for a ten-person shop.
One account, one $100 monthly fee, then $25 a month per number regardless of how many people are on it. Add numbers as the team grows and pay for minutes only when you're dialling.
The product
What your team gets
One workspace for the dialer, the numbers, the messages and the recordings — on desktop and on the agent's own phone.

What changes
What you get out of it
A number on your own identity
Registered to your Pakistani business. No US company, no borrowed paperwork, no reseller in the middle.
Sales and delivery on one line
Assign the number to whoever should pick up. Everyone rings, the first free person answers.
Client history that survives turnover
Contacts, call logs, messages and recordings stay with the company when a person moves on.
Take the call anywhere
Same number in the browser at the office and in the mobile app on the road.
Fair questions
What you're probably thinking
“We only make a handful of calls a month.”
Then your bill is basically the account and the number. There's no per-seat licence, so a quiet month costs the $100 account fee plus $25 for the number, and a heavy outbound push costs the same plus the minutes you actually dialled.
“Won't a US number look fake if we're obviously in Pakistan?”
The number is provisioned properly against your business, not spoofed or borrowed. It's the same thing any company with an overseas market does — a local number so the person you're calling can reach you back without an international charge.
“We use WhatsApp with most clients.”
Keep it. This is for the calls WhatsApp handles badly — first contact with a cold prospect, a client who wants to ring a company rather than a person, and anything you need a record of afterwards.
“Who owns the number if we leave?”
The number is yours and is registered to your business. There's no contract holding it hostage, and you can release it whenever you want.

Questions
Answered plainly
Can a Pakistani software house get a US business number?
Yes. The number is provisioned against your Pakistani business identity — no US LLC, no US address and no EIN required. You send the business documents you already have and the number is set up on your workspace.
Can the whole team use the same number?
Yes. Assign the number to as many people as you like — seats aren't capped or metered. An inbound call rings everyone assigned at once and the first to answer takes it.
What does it cost for a small agency?
$350 one-time to set up the account ($250 setup plus a $100 starter calling balance), then $100 a month for the account plus $25 a month per number, plus the minutes you dial at $0.015 a minute outgoing. A ten-person agency running one shared number is $125 a month before usage. No contract.
Can we text clients from the same number?
Yes. Two-way SMS and MMS run on the same numbers, threaded per contact, with delivery status and search across every conversation.
What happens when someone leaves the team?
You unassign them. The number, the call history, the contacts, the message threads and any recordings stay in the workspace, so the relationship doesn't walk out with the person.
